Time for Making Waves - Cape Town

December 22, 2017

Exciting news - my new Making Waves - Cape Town series of art prints is now in production and looking pretty fine (if I do say so myself)!

The couriers have started delivering A4 and A3 prints from the printers in Cape Town to my studio in Swellendam. Smaller art cards to follow soon...This is my first series of ultra affordable artworks, aimed at making art accessible to more people (and supporting the artist).

This is a fun series of wave artworks showing the boisterous seas of the Cape, brimming with life and dotted with unique landmarks. As always I hope that my art brings people joy and brightens up their lives with a splash of whimsy, fantasy and bright colours. Enjoy!

So, one by one, here are the Making Waves - Cape Town art prints:

Hout Bay Waves

The harbour town of Hout Bay, famous for fish & chips, Dungeons and Seal Island. Be held by the beauty of the surrounding peaks or take your breath away on Chapman's Peak drive, again and again and again…

Kalk Bay Waves

Nestled between the ocean and shear cliffs, Kalk Bay is the gem of the False Bay coastline. This tiny fishing village has only the railway between it and the waves and the bustling streets mirror the sparkling bay teeming with life.

Table Bay Waves

Sun, sand and kite surfing. Soak up the postcard-perfect shot of Table Mountain as Table Mountain looks back at you…

Sea Point Promenade Waves

Where the city folk go to strut their stuff. Bikinis, roller-skates, ice-cream, rental bikes and putt-putt. From Mouille Point to Bantry Bay the Prom gives you sea side social at its best and the finest sunsets in Cape Town.
